Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact customer service via email. Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund. Personalized products are non-returnable.

Contact customer service via email to register a return. To receive a full refund for returns/cancellation rights, the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means in the original packaging, with all tags attached, without any odor, marks, or pet hair. Sports bras can be returned, but they must be free of deodorant stains/odor upon return.

Returns sent back to us must be covered by the customer. It is possible to deliver returns in person to the address below if you prefer not to ship them.

Claims
If you receive a defective product or identify discrepancies in your delivery, please contact customer service promptly. Returns should be sent to the address provided. Returns will be sent to customer service or to the other address specifically instructed by us. Upon return, the risk (of loss or damage upon delivery) lies with the customer.
