Return
We offer a 14-day return policy. To initiate a return, please contact customer service via email. Returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund. Personalized products cannot be returned.
Please contact customer service via email to register a return. To receive a full refund for returns or cancellations, the item must be returned in the same condition as when you received it. This means in its original packaging, with all tags attached, and free of odors, marks, or pet hair. Sports bras are eligible for return, but must be free of deodorant stains and odors upon return.
Return costs must be covered by the customer. It is also possible to deliver the return in person to the address below if you do not wish to send it by post.

If you receive a defective product or discover an error in the delivery, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Returns will be sent to the address above, unless otherwise specified by us. In the event of a return, the customer bears the risk of loss or damage during shipping.
